Yes, there is definitely a gap between OBGYN and RE! I wish my OBGYN would have looked into me having endo. For years she said "my cramps" were normal, turns out my RE found endo.

Thank you for this Dr Victory. I spent 10 years at Create Fertility, $300K, 21 rounds including one doner egg round. I had one pregnancy with my eggs and couldn’t get pregnant again. I have a sister with stage 5 endo, low AMH and was a poor responder and severe IBS. The leading doctors there told me I don’t have endometriosis over and over again despite never testing me for it and having records indicating I likely have it (all kept from me). I went to Greece and had surgery after losing three pgt normals from my sister (donor) and got pregnant immediately,. I was still told endometriosis had nothing to do with it. There is no recourse for us in the Canadian medical system. I will be reporting the doctors to the college but I feel an immense amount of ptsd from my journey. It's not that I need to go against this.. I am just simply saying one thing: I dont think its bad, I think its just not well researched.. as I read the comments, I see many women say "it failed because of ERA, this and that".. I had ERA test, FET was not successful but not because of this but because of my immune system. It rejected embryo every time they transferred it.. There is many different things that could destroy successful implantation of embryo and pregnancy itself.. it's not that ERA is bad..
